Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law. In addition, we offer an extended return period of 30 days, provided that the conditions below are met.

Please include the completed return form and ensure that the items are packed in protective packaging.

We accept returns within 30 days, provided that garments are unused, returned in original condition, with original packaging intact and all hangtags attached. Returned swimwear without the protective hygiene label will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for any items that are not accepted. Bad for you, bad for us and bad for the planet. Your returned items might be your best friend’s next order so treat our garments, mother earth and your friends as you would like to be treated.


If a return requires additional handling (e.g. when more than 80% of an order containing more than 6 items is returned, or when items require repackaging), a handling fee of up to 20 USD will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty claims must be approved by us at [email protected] before any return is made.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment or deducted from your invoice once the return has been received and approved by us.

Any deductions are applied in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Purchases

An order confirmation will be sent to your email address once your purchase is complete (please check your spam folder if you have not received it within a few minutes).

Due to fast order processing and shipping, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. If you wish to return your order, please do so in accordance with our return policy after delivery.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other mistakes that are beyond our control.

 

Delivery

We normally ship your order the following business day. If you have not received a tracking number by email, please use our contact page.

If your order does not fit in your mailbox, you will be notified and can collect it from your nearest pickup location.

If a package is not collected or cannot be delivered due to invalid address information and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 20 € to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

Payment

Pay fast and securely with Klarna, which supports VISA and MasterCard debit and credit cards, or use PayPal to pay securely with your PayPal balance, credit card, or bank account.

All transactions are encrypted using 128-bit SSL technology and handled according to the highest security standards. No credit card information is stored by us.

We process your personal data in order to fulfill your order, manage delivery, and provide customer service.

If you have chosen to receive marketing communications from us, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in our emails.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request access to the personal data we process about you, as well as to request correction or deletion of inaccurate or unnecessary data.

We do not sell personal data. In certain cases, personal data may be shared with trusted third parties where necessary to provide our services, such as delivery partners or review platforms.

 

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, or similar events that could not reasonably have been foreseen.

In such cases, we are released from our obligations for as long as such circumstances persist.

 

 

Purchases

An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address when your purchase is complete (Please check in your spam-filter if you haven't received it within a couple of minutes). You can cancel your purchase until we have shipped your order. We reserve the right for unsold products / other errors that are beyond our control.

GST & VAT 

GST and VAT are not included in shipments to the USA starting from May 2, 2025. Due to updated customs regulations, orders shipped to the USA does no longer include GST or VAT. 

 

Delivery

We ship your order the following day. If you haven't received a tracking number by email, please use the contact page. If your order is too big to fit in your mailbox, you will be notified of your closest pickup center. In case of uncollected package, we charge a penalty of 20 USD. We accept returns within 30 days only if the garments are in original condition with hangtags attached with original packaging in original condition, swimwear protective hygiene label still attached. If all these conditions are not met, we will charge you 20 USD as the items won’t be re-sellable. Bad for you, bad for us and bad for mother earth. Personal data & Force Majeure

When ordering, you agree that we store your information in our business. If you do not want information from us, you can easily cancel via a link in the email. According to PUL, you have the right to request the information we have about you and if it is incorrect or irrelevant to request correction/removal from our register. We do not sell/transfer personal data for reviews we transfer data to a third party.  Force Majeure In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market strikes, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect the entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep the said agreement/commitment, shall constitute due to the fact that we are relieved of our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
